A pre-inspection meeting was chaired by Mr. Shuja-ud-Din Kasi, Member CMIT, with the focal person of the Cancer Hospital, Dr. Zahid Mehmood, Ex-Professor and Head of Oncology Department, BMC Hospital Quetta, in connection with the forthcoming inspection.
The meeting focused on understanding the hospital’s existing facilities, operational framework, and challenges faced by the institution. Relevant information and preliminary details were shared to facilitate a comprehensive and objective inspection. The discussion also aimed to ensure effective coordination and preparedness prior to the field visit, allowing CMIT to assess service delivery, infrastructure, and institutional performance in a transparent and professional manner.
